What will I do in this position if hired?

In this position, you will be scheduling, obtaining and filing court documentation; Maintaining databases and records of ongoing litigation; Working with case management systems for the purpose of search, discovery and the tagging of relevant and responsive litigation information.

Typical assignments include:

Clearly and concisely communicating with clients and other stakeholders for the purpose of obtaining or clarifying information.
Generating scheduled reports and tables that reflect the status of pending cases, case files, briefs filed, and cases argued.
Maintaining records for the assigned organization in accordance with the agency's records management program and systems.
Managing correspondence services by reviewing all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure appropriate procedures and clearances have been obtained and are in accordance with agency policies, as well as aligning with the views of the supervisor.

Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
