Visual Merchandising Coordinator (Temporary Role)

Vacheron Constantin | New York

 

Role Overview

This individual will report to the Manger of Visual Merchandising & Store Planning, supporting the marketing department to provide excellent visual presentation within all points of sale across the America’s region. The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will assist with the coordination and implementation of visual merchandising and Store Planning projects including on-site support for project set-up, new openings and special installations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ordering props, creative materials, and accessories of VM elements from warehouse to boutiques.
  • Receive and ship elements from corporate office as needed, creating commercial invoices for international shipping.
  • Monitor POS display conditions, seasonal media and signage, replacing as necessary and coordinating new content regional rollouts.
  • Communicate directly with vendors for requests and delivery coordination
  • Store visits and display support with a focus on our flagship location(s)
  • Meet photographers on-site to supervise project documentation
  • Catalog and maintain photos of seasonal VM animations, new boutique openings, renovations and special projects. Maintain master store information deck and opening presentations.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with high-level executive and shareholders professionally and eloquently
  • Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.
  • Flexible working hours based on project needs (willingness to work nights and weekends)
  • Must be able to work from corporate office 4 days/week
  • Familiarity with SAP & Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Keen interest in Luxury retail and environment design.
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools and/or ability to create visual representation of ideas a plus
