About Our Client
This client is a growing international full-service CDMO/CRO within the biotechnology space looking to aggressively expand its footprint in the US. The company has a strong base of API/Small Molecule, Biologics, Clinical Research, Bioanalytical Sciences, DMPK, Cell and Gene Therapy and other capability centers across the US. This business has developed a fantastic brand in the US through exceptional service which drives repeat business. This role is fully remote within the United States.
Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives, primarily selling API CMC services

The Successful Applicant
Ph.D. or M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or other related discipline. 5+ years of industry experience in Biotech, preferably in a Business Development role. 1-3 years of BD experience selling some sort of API services Strong understanding of the CMC and API/Small molecule manufacturing space for late stages Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as needed.
