24 Seven is partnering with a global sportswear client to help them find a Retail Activation Project Manager for this hybrid position in Portland, OR. This is a 12 month contract with likelihood to extend. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, and 401K.

Ideal Candidate: will have 5-7 years of retail project management experience, with 3 - 5 years of management experience, and knowledge of visual merchandising highly preferred.

Job Description:
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of retail & franchise channels by positively impacting traffic, conversion, and profit margin through executed new store set-up with consumer-relevant campaigns, promotions and in-store communication. 

Responsibilities:
â¢Â Â   Drive the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company 
â¢Â Â   Create a framework of and act as an information and knowledge hub, a primary point of contact for project matters.
â¢Â Â   Work efficiently and stay within given budget and given timelines
â¢Â Â   Work closely with store development on the store projects list to ensure the marketing point of view is reflected and sufficient budget is allocated.
â¢Â Â   Own the store opening projects from a marketing perspective; ensure full alignment with stakeholders as merchandising, visual merchandising, store development, markets and global functions.
â¢Â Â   Drive briefing retail marketing functions sitting in the markets on roles and responsibilities and the process for the store project
â¢Â Â   Be accountable for the onboarding of the new store and its details to all systems and processes for any future campaign executions.
â¢Â Â   Work closely with the retail teams on landing new store concepts, fixtures and fittings in a timely, cost-efficient manner in line with guidelines. 
â¢Â    Collaborate and keep partners (store development and local teams) informed on costs up to date, ensuring the best value for money spend and to land on budget by the end of each project.  
â¢Â Â   Optimize the spend and management, strive for keeping the standard defined timelines for financial efficiency

Experience:
â¢Â Â   Advanced user of MS Office.
â¢Â Â    In-depth knowledge of Retail KPIs
â¢Â Â    Ability to understand and analyze data and produce actionable insights
â¢Â Â   Networking and negotiating skills
â¢Â Â    True multitasker with strong ability to manage complex projects with high number of stakeholders internally and externally

Qualifications:
â¢Â Â   Bachelorâs degree, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
â¢Â Â   5-7 years retail project management experience
â¢Â Â   3 - 5 years of management experience.
â¢Â    Knowledge of visual merchandising would be highly preferred
