The following outlines the required qualifications for the Hotel Manager:

  • No less than 5 years of substantial work experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager or equivalent in a Forbes 5-Star Hotel or equivalent.  
  • Significant experience managing a unionized or organized workforce.

We offer a compensation package inclusive of a base salary ranging between $240,000.00 and $270,000.00, annual cash incentive, and a long-term incentive (LTI) program paid in company Stocks/RSUs.

The annual salary range is based on applicable and specialized experience.
