What You’ll Do:

As the Manager of Onsite Sponsored Search, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sponsored search strategies, ensuring optimal visibility for ELC brands on the assigned platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign planning, execution, optimization, KPI reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive onsite sponsored search campaign plans for multiple ELC brands.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with brand and retailer objectives.

· Ensure that sponsored search assets are adapted appropriately for the retailer's platform.

· Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and relevant sponsored search materials.

· Execute sponsored search campaigns on the retailer's platform.

· Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize visibility and results.

· Generate regular reports on the performance of sponsored search campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.

· Work closely with the retailer account commercialization team to understand merchandising and promotional calendar priorities.

· Align sponsored search efforts with retailer-specific initiatives to maximize impact.

· In partnership with the Executive Director, Onsite Performance Marketing, manage sponsored search budgets effectively to ensure optimal utilization and adherence to financial targets.

· Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance.

· Stay abreast of industry and retailer-specific trends and best practices in on-site sponsored search.

· Implement innovative and effective strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· 5 years of experience in on-site sponsored search management, preferably within the retail sector.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

· Experience managing performance advertising for an ecommerce business on the Amazon platform, with a focus on sponsored advertising products and SEO improvement.

· A proven track record of creating search campaigns on Amazon, analyzing campaign performance data, optimizing campaigns, and reporting campaign performance.

· Strong understanding of retailer advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Media Group) and campaign optimization techniques.

· Excellent project management and communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

· Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaign development.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
