Our Opportunity:
The Manager, Global Franchise Profitability is responsible for conducting financial analysis and forecasts regarding franchisee and Joint Venture financial performance, as well as developing reports and presentations to the senior management team. The Manager, Global Franchise Profitability, also provides support to monthly closing activities, interacts with several functional areas of the company and franchiseesâ team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze franchisees financial information from regional profitability teams and joint venture partners
- Guarantee data quality
- Prepare assessment on franchise current performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations for Leadership Team
- Interact daily with Regional Profitability Leads
- Develop strategies and processes to standardize profitability analytics across brands and regions
- Establish best practices to be implemented across regional profitability teams
- Assess and forecast key profitability drivers
- Supply regional development teams with insights / intelligence to help accelerate pace of growth
Required Skills:
- Bachelorâs Degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance or Accounting is required
- 4-5 years of field related experience
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling
- Self-starter who has the ability and desire to learn the business and fix problems
- Strong problem-solving skills and organized thinking process
- Strong communication and presentation skills
