Overview The Director, Commercial Operations and Planning Excellence will be a key member of the Commercial Effectiveness leadership team. Responsible for driving operational excellence across the commercial business. The incumbent will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales and Market Access to determine efficiencies and innovation while understanding the market and delivering a proactive perspective on the opportunity both internally and externally. As part of planning excellence, this individual will also be responsible for partnering with the Insights and Analytics team—ensuring our strategic planning processes account for future market dynamics for competitive intelligence. This position will be located in Bridgewater, NJ.

Responsibilities The individual in this role will seek to understand needs and coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies in preparation for launch & franchise execution (i.e., business planning cycle processes and infrastructure). They  will proactively foster insights and knowledge across the commercial business while scanning the external environment to stay up-to-date on leading operational and strategic capabilities which can be adapted / applied.

Salary Range Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.

The base salary range for this job is from $171,000.00 to $239,667.00 per year
