Skyline Memorial Gardens is looking for an Office Manager with a desire to help and connect with families in a meaningful way. Our team considers the work that they do as more than just a job.

SUMMARY:
This is a critical and dynamic position within the office. The ideal candidate is eager to be an essential support for the entire team; ensuring a professional environment of excellence is always maintained. This position requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, discretion and the ability to work well with diverse personalities.

• Manage the daily operations of the office
• Manage 2 full time and one part time administrative associate
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Financial tracking and reporting
• Document preparation and compliance
• Minimum Requirements: 3 years administrative and managerial experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Maintain supportive office environment
-Maintain inventory and purchasing of supplies
-Customer Service
-AR tracking and AP processing
-Telephones, managing team and some light typing
-Vendor relations

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately, with high attention to detail.
• Autonomy - Ability to work independently.
• Communication Skills - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
• Organization - Ability to follow a systematic method of performing tasks.

EDUCATION:
At least 3 years of office experience with exposure to upscale clientele and demonstrated working knowledge of professional office environments.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Intermediate level: Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• General knowledge of office equipment operation
