How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to drive the planning tools and reports. Build and manage product planning tools that drive global product strategies. Design and maintain reporting to track key performance indicators and measure progress against objectives. Communicate insights with key stakeholders to directly support product planning and strategic implementation. How you will do it:
Partner with Global Product, Finance, Marketing and Supply Planning to understand plans, targets, and strategies to integrate into seasonal product planning, analysis, and reporting. Utilize various planning, managing, reporting tools (PLM systems, Excel, Power BI, etc.). What success looks like:
Develop and implement analytical product planning and reporting tools that directly support global product strategies and fiscal targets. Free To Be, Inclusion & Diversity

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3 years
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you to already know:
Ability to work with cross-functional partners Experience in forecasting, statistical modeling, planning, merchandising, and business reporting. High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong business acumen - can address challenges to guide practical and meaningful change in the business. Ability to identify statistical anomalies & business opportunities to inform product strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), PLM systems, and Power BI. Hiring Range:
$57,888.00 USD - $72,360.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
