DTC Allocation Analyst

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Develop and execute merchandise allocation strategies through analyzing reports and making independent decisions that support merchandise financial plans, inventory turn objectives, regional and store attributes for assigned categories. Track classification/style performance weekly and adjust allocation strategy to maximize sales opportunities and minimize markdown liability. Create and analyze ad-hoc reporting as needed to drive allocation and business decisions. Manage inventory consolidations between Ecommerce, full price, and outlet stores in partnership with Allocation, Planning, and Merchant teams. Create and build appropriate product mix and inventory levels for new, remodel, and relocation stores. Analyze assortment plans with the Merchant team to ensure their vision is aligned with allocation needs. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Merchant, Planning, Visual, Store and DC teams. How you will do it: Be inclusive, value various points of view, and demonstrate an intellectual curiosity. Ongoing product review utilizing reporting and the allocation system combined with visiting stores to understand impact of visual guidelines, product density, and in store trends. Your diverse experiences and background enable you to provide a unique perspective to fuel our global growth.

What success looks like: Bring your creative and analytical skills to ensure well-balanced store assortments that achieve both sell through and financial targets. Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment on allocation strategies across multiple channels and countries and build brand love.
