  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in information management, project management, recreation software administration or database management.
Licenses or Certifications
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Analyzes management needs regarding workflow applications, document management systems and use of imaging equipment, operations and processes. 
  • Develops and implements Citywide workflow and imaging systems for informational and transactional purposes, working closely with Information Technology Services.
  • Serves as project/team lead for implementation and support of workflow and document management systems as assigned.  Identifies project scope, milestones and sequence of project steps/actions; creates and maintains project deadlines; and documents and communicates project status. Prepares reports on project schedules/status and submits to management.
  • Provides technical support for assigned systems, to include but not be limited to agenda administration, recreation administration, workflow, security and/or configuration.
