Portland, United States Hawthorne Asylum Food Cart Pod Part time
The Hawthorne Asylum is one of the largest food truck pods in Portland. We need several individuals to help us keep the pod clean and safe
Here’s job in nutshell:

- Cleaning
o Monitor trash cans, change when full throughout the shift
o Monitor Bathrooms, Mop, change TP, clean up any mess that may arise
o Keep all tables clear from trash, wiping clean after guests leave
o Clean surrounding perimeter from trash, etc
o Periodically pressure wash used cooking grease containers, trash bins.
o Keep weeds trimmed and plants watered

- Security
o Keep and eye out for outside alcohol and follow procedure to remove it
o Monitor entire pod for issues, (solicitors, panhandling, aggressive behavior.
o Watch for safety issues, (slip hazards, broken glass, metal etc)

Several people are needed as our pod is open 7 days/week.
FT / PT possible. Shifts are:
- 10am – 3pm
- 5pm – 11pm

This is a 1099’d position meaning you will be an independent contractor.
Start ASAP. Reliable transportation needed
