Traffic Coordinator Duties

  • Act as a liaison between project managers, department heads, and teams to manage resource allocation
  • Troubleshoot resourcing problems to ensure tasks remain on schedule 
  • Clearly communicate information regarding task status and issues 
  • Conduct weekly traffic meetings with project management and digital teams
  • Assign and track project requests and tickets
  • Review project plans and weekly status reports for resource planning and forecasting 
  • Assists in the development of new, more effective, and more efficient traffic team processes
  • Acts as project manager for internal agency projects and as backup project management coverage, as needed
