Optum Financial is Paying Health Forward - bringing health care and Fintech together - we're building the future of benefits and payments. This role joins a newly created B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement function as part of the Consumer Payments marketing team. This role partners closely with sales and client management teams to drive client acquisition and retention through compelling storytelling and visually appealing data-driven content, presentations, and campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with client acquisition and retention teams, developing product and capability stories, case studies and data-driven collateral that builds Optum Financials' authority and differentiation in the market
  • You will develop a deep understanding of client audiences, their goals and their pain points to develop breakthrough collateral and campaigns
  • You will support sales and client management teams with RFP materials
  • You will build sales training materials and timelines
  • You will partner closely with product marketing and creative teams to flawlessly deliver upon a sales enablement road

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Experience in creating marketing collateral, such as presentations, infographics, case studies, and webinars
  • Proven solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messages
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated creativity and strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, and Marketo
  • Experience working in or with sales teams
  • Proven understanding of and experience using benefit plans including financial products like HSAs, FSAs, etc

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
