Position Summary
Serves as a PQM Packaging Coordinator for various packaging Print Quality Management (PQM) programs. The purpose of this position is to organize incoming packaging samples and prepare them for print quality evaluation. This role will also include data entry and project tracking by utilizing our PQM systems. As a key facilitator within the process, you will communicate with many internal teams including: Project and Program Managers, Packaging Analysts, Shipping Dept. and the PQM Production Manager. You will work independently but also as part of a larger team where collaboration and team work are key to our effectiveness in servicing the business and delivering on our client's expectations.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
- Perform a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, and sorting packaging shipments
- Responsible for accurately locating and verifying incoming mail
- Maintain a safe and organized packaging archive system
- Data collection, processing and tracking using PQM systems
- Manage daily correspondence and respond to packaging evaluation related questions
- Utilize asset management systems for retrieving and referencing images and artwork files
- Quality control - checking measurement data and evaluation reports for accuracy
- Perform some print quality evaluations utilizing color measurement equipment along with visual inspection
- Attend meetings per request of the PQM Production Manager
- Provide support and communicate issues or inaccuracies to Management
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of color theory, printing and graphics is preferred but not required

- Extremely detail oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and a within a team setting
- Ability to complete work accurately and on time
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
