Full-Cycle Business Management:Oversee the entire business cycle, including concept development, design, and production follow-through, ensuring that all products meet our high quality and cost-efficiency standards.
Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers from major off-price specialty stores, membership clubs, and e-commerce platforms like Amazon.Market Expansion: To expand our distribution network and identify and pursue new retail opportunities, including mall stores and other untapped markets.
Trend Analysis:Stay abreast of current fashion trends to inform product development and ensure our offerings are aligned with market demands.
Qualifications: Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within the private label and licensed apparel sectors for men's, women's, and kids' clothing.
Buyer Collaboration:Ability to work closely with buyers to develop special cuts, test items, and full-collection presentations that meet market needs and inspire confidence.
Travel Flexibility:  Willing to travel to accounts as needed to build and maintain excellent working relationships and understand customer preferences deeply.Global Experience:  Experience working with overseas factories and managing the global production process to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.Technical Skills:  Strong technical knowledge in pricing and garment reworking to achieve target prices while maintaining aesthetic quality.Software Proficiency: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of retail math is essential.
Organizational Skills:  Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts, products, and aesthetics simultaneously.
Presentation Skills:  Comfortable presenting and defending concepts to retail leadership.Trend and Concept Shopping: Ability to identify and shop for trends and concepts that resonate with target consumers.
