Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
- Answer calls coming into business
- Respond to Contact Form inquiries
- Input Sales Leads into company management system
- Coordinate with other departments on customer inquiries
- Perform Sales Lead follow-up
- Manage company’s customer shared drive
- Produce estimates for sales opportunities
- Collaborate on company sales process to enhance success rate
- Coordinate installations with internal and external resources
Marketing
- Maximize the use of installation photos to benefit the company
- Initiate Google Reviews after every sign installation
- Research competitors in market
- Share ideas for differentiating our business in the marketplace
- Engage new suppliers, partners to maximize company success
- Solicit insights from industry colleagues that could benefit the company
General
- Provide general support to company visitors
- Coordinate with external vendors – suppliers, manufacturers, installers, etc.
- Partner with Design, Production and Installation teams to maximize success
- Share ideas and recommendations to enhance the work environment and company culture
