We seek a passionate, self-motivated Customer Success Representative to join our winning team. You will engage with customers daily, building relationships, and helping them maximize the value of Carrier Assure’s platform. Although this role is remote-based, we seek someone who lives in Jacksonville or Orlando, Florida, and has logistics experience. 

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics is required.
  • Jacksonville, FL-based, but this is a remote role with occasional on-site meetings.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts and projects.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the company and industry.

Objectives of the Role

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned customers, from onboarding to continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on maximizing the value of Carrier Assure’s products.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention and adoption.
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics to track engagement and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for your accounts, building trust and identifying areas for upsell or additional services.
  • Review and optimize the customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and product usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare for customer meetings and deliver presentations on campaign performance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and manage third-party vendors when needed.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies
