About the Role

As our Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our engineering, product, and design teams. You will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and people ops to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, providing an outstanding  candidate experience. 

We are looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter who is excited about the opportunity to help us build an exceptional team and create a positive impact in the AI/ML industry.

Your Day to Day

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates
  • Fully own relationships with hiring managers and interview teams across the business, acting as a trusted partner and viewed as an expert in certain areas of recruiting
  • Support sourcing initiatives to identify, assess, and build a global network of candidates
  • Play a key role in helping Labelbox build a diverse and inclusive recruiting pipeline
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to hiring managers and recruiting team
  • Take on project opportunities outside of core recruiting work

About You

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring top talent
  • Passionate about offering the best experience to our candidates
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver who can navigate complex situations and find innovative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Experience with Greenhouse is a plus

Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently.  The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is below. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

$60—$80 USD
