JOB SUMMARY: This position is located within the Agricultural Research Service, Pacific West Area, at the Produce Safety and Microbiology Research Unit in Albany, CA. In this position, you will be conducting microbiological research related to animal diseases, summarizing and evaluating data and operating and maintaining specialized microbiological laboratory equipment. This is a term, time-limited appointment with an initial duration no less than 13 months and can be extended up to a total of 10 years.
