Senior Microbiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Microbiologist to join our team at AmplifyBio. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our microbiology laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine environmental and utilities monitoring, sampling, and testing to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
- Conduct microbiological test procedures, including sterility and bioburden testing, to ensure the quality of our products.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our laboratory operations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant biological science, such as microbiology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry laboratory or academic setting.
- Proven experience in microbiology, environmental monitoring, and laboratory operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
