As an Information Technology Specialist, you will:
Contribute to the DOE/IG IT strategic planning process providing expert insight, advise, and guidance to the IG IT Director and other Senior officials within the IG.
Serve as Contracting Office Technical Representative on a variety of DOE/OIG Information Technology contracts.
Manage a wide range of specialized IT responsibilities, including cybersecurity, project management, data management, systems administration, and policy planning.
Provide planning and management services while strictly adhering to information security and cybersecurity policies.
Prepare and deliver briefings on assigned projects and programs to the leadership.
Work closely with the cybersecurity team to assess and address vulnerabilities, and conduct annual accreditation and authorization evaluations.
Manage research projects to analyze business processes and pinpoint areas requiring process enhancement.
Deliver expeditious, high-quality, IT customer service across all tiers of the IT support spectrum.
