  • Responsible for developing new client relationships and managing existing client accounts for repeat business
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to close Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

The Successful Applicant

At least 2+ years experience in business development or outbound sales role Experience pitching a product / service to prospective clientsExperience with outreach/cold calling and negotiationPositive, go-getter attitude Motivated by career growth, professional development, and financial gains Ability to actively listen and consult with both candidates and prospective clients Ability to work independently and with a team
