Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage leaders and staff to support pricing configuration across multiple markets, multi-payor and multi lines of business
  • Provide end-to-end analysis and coordination of complex configuration requirements including assessing and addressing risks, dependencies, and impacts
  • Oversee inventory and work assignments to ensure adherence to TAT's and performance metrics
  • Hold team accountable to delivering timely and quality results
  • Coach Leaders and SMEs to improve performance through individual action plans, mentoring and feedback
  • Establish configuration controls and monitoring to ensure proactive quality processes and high-quality outcomes
  • Provide expertise and maintain solid relationships with market contacts, Sr. leadership, and internal/external business partners
  • Ability to lead, negotiate and influence in a matrixed reporting relationship
  • Drive decision making, problem solving, solution design and engagement of key subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading of fee schedules and adherence to all regulatory & compliance requirements
  • Communicates effectively across all levels of leadership and changes style based on audience
  • Participate in capacity planning for growth and strategy sessions to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years management experience
  • 5+ years of configurations operations experience
  • 5+ years of fee schedule and pricing experience
  • 5+ years of Healthcare experience in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Facets knowledge - specifically NetworX and Rate Manager
  • Experience with multi payor model
  • Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare experience
  • Proven solid communication skills
  • Proven solid Analytical skill

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
