Operational Sourcing Lead
Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid)
The Operational Sourcing Lead will play a key role on the dsm-firmenich Procurement team, supporting supply continuity and driving key projects. They will ensure security of supply, delivery against key performance indicators as well as drive best practices while communicating effectively with key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure supply continuity for raw materials for all Taste manufacturing sites in the region
- Support Raw Material Localization, Introduction of new sources and new Raw Materials
- Participate in projects aiming at creating value for the Company (Leadtime Reduction, Productivity, localization, supplier performance, etc.)
- Support Global sourcing teams in sourcing portfolio management on assigned categories
- Participate on cross-functional teams to ensure continuous, on-going improvements of processes, methods, productivity, and quality while reducing cost

You Bring:
- Four Years college degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Food Science, Agronomy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement (Flavors & Fragrance industry, Consumer Products, Naturals or Ingredients business is a plus)
- Previous experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong relationship management skills, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
