Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability to join our Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy to support supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data strategy to support supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to supplier diversity and sustainability
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing diversity and sustainability efforts
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Analytics team to integrate predictive analytics into supplier diversity and sustainability planning
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, government representatives, and industry organizations, to ensure compliance and drive program improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, with 3 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing supplier diversity and sustainability strategies
  • Strong experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools and predictive analytics
  • Internal stakeholder management and project management skills
