Additionally, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for tracking performance, evaluating risks and opportunities, and driving continual improvements in performance across the total customer supply chain team. This role should provide insight and recommendations based on analytics, customer and consumer-driven data, and recognized best practices in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Manage digital operations process optimization and supply chain issue management.Support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams in order entry, order management, and operational execution of ordersCreate a positive experience for the Customer by consistently providing superior service.Support order fulfillment activities between Logistics, Order Management, and Distribution Centers (DCs).Manage escalated and unresolved issues in a cost-efficient and timely manner. This process requires effective decision-making, priority management, and teamwork within the supply chain.Represent the team on cross-functional task forces or continuous improvement projects and initiatives.Perform ad-hoc analysis to address and support evolving business needs Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
