The Cardiology Scheduling Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and employees. This position schedules appointments, verifies insurance, checks in patients for appointments, and manages patient reception.

Work Schedule: 8-hour day shift during clinic hours - Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in a direct customer/patient service position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service or equivalent.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with an electronic medical record system, preferably Epic.
