Assistant Manager Ticket Sales

- Sell tickets through conducting outbound calls and emails and inbound channels:
- Conduct daily sales and relationship cultivation phone calls, messages (electronic, mailings, etc.) with season ticket holders, sponsors, businesses, individuals, groups, and prospective buyers. Â
- Service the inbound ticket sales phone line to answer general fan questions and sell ticket packages.
- Prospect and target new sales opportunities for season tickets and mini plans. Â
- Attend networking events to build relationships with potential partners and build positive relationships. Actively prospect new group business opportunities. Â
- Network and build relationships in and around the surrounding region. Build and foster relationships with past, current, and potential new clients.
- Focus on creating new relationships with community organizations, such as youth sports, school, local businesses, etc. with the idea of selling group tickets and full spectrum of offerings. Â
- Build authentic relationships with internal (co-workers) and external (community members) and provide superior customer service to fans and all community members.Â
- Conduct out of office meetings with current and potential partners. Develop and deliver dynamic sales presentations for current and new business prospects. Â
- Give facility tours with the intent to close business.
- Responsible for personal sales goals and contributing to annual revenue growth. Â
- Build and manage a multi-year book of business. Â
- Develop new and creative methods to boost group ticket revenue. Â
- Assist in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies, and community ticket/sampling programs, etc.Â
- Assist in the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions, and programs. Â
- Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales and Ticket Service Program in the following areas:
- New business generation
- Season ticketsÂ
- Development of sales and service strategies
- Development of best practices and results tracking and reportingÂ
- Create and sell marketing/advertising program utilizing all existing team-controlled inventory that effectively meet a variety of client goals and marketing objectives. Â
- Assist in the development and entire execution of approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget. Â
- Represent the organization at in-house facility events and off-site community events promoting ticket sales and the organization.
- Maintain records of all customers and prospects by utilizing CRM tool.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability, as well as relevant communications of those results. Â
- Completion of administrative tasks such as invoice delivery, payroll reporting, sales commissions, monthly expenses, etc.Â
- Participate in, conduct, or present in internal sales meetings. Â
- Support other departments to organize and implement large theme nights.
- Collaborates with Director of Ticket Sales and Service to ensure clear expectations on level of autonomy and reporting or approval procedures. Â
- This position must be able to work flexible hours which may include extended days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights due to travel.Â
- Assist with client and fan entertainment as needed.
- Assist with promotional execution as needed.
- Assist other departments when necessary.
- Bachelorâs degree in business, communications, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in ticket sales Â
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check including a motor vehicle report
- Ability to pass SafeSport Training
- Possess and maintain a current and valid driverâs license and maintain legally required insurance
·    Non-Exempt position with a pay range of $25 - $32 per hour, plus commissionÂ
·    Eligible for annual discretionary bonusÂ
·    Paid 2 weeks vacation and paid sick leave at 1 hour for every 40 hours workedÂ
·    Medical, dental, and vision insurance provided with a 75% employer contribution for employee premiums.Â
·    50% employer contribution for dependent/spouse medical, dental, and vision. Â
