What will I do?

Our Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and functional support for WCCB recruiting, as well as assisting in other HR projects as assigned. One key responsibility for this role includes managing electronic employee files (i.e. scanning) while maintaining confidentiality of all information at all times.

What do I need for this role?

Associates degree in Human Resources or business-related field, or equivalent experience.HR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent communications skills.Advanced knowledge and demonstrated skills using Google and Microsoft Software Applications.Must have ability to multi-task, with high level of customer service.Follow-up skills and excellent tracking skills required.
