What We Are Seeking

Our agency is in search of a dedicated full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager for our Russellville, KY office who will serve as a vital communication link between our clients and our carriers.  The ideal candidate will build and enhance client relationships by addressing their comprehensive commercial insurance needs. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of a commercial book of business from negotiating contracts for new clients to servicing existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
  • Generate quotes from our insurers and process policies.
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance.
  • Update agency management system (TAM) to ensure all client information is current.
  • Will consider captive insurance experience and/or independent agency experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • License: Property & Casualty (any state)

Preferred Skills

  • License: Property & Casualty (KY)
  • Management & Rating Systems: TAM – willing to train.
  • Computer Skills: Zoom, Windows 10, DocuSign, Adobe, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Languages: English
