As the Key Account Marketing Lead for On in North America, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts with key retail partners in the Run Specialty channel including our largest, most strategic partners in this critical category. You will develop a unique go to market strategy for each individual retailer focusing on bespoke campaigns, product launches, online engagement and community events. You will be part of a team that delivers dynamic consumer engagement opportunities and drives conversion in world-class retail experiences both in-store and online. You will partner closely with internal teams including campaigns, creative content, digital, and sales to translate global initiatives into regionally relevant, account specific tactics.

Your mission

– Initiate and lead an integrated go to market strategy for key retail partners that includes product launches, brand build campaigns, evergreen efforts, a robust digital marketing strategy and engaging community events
– Develop and oversee day to day marketing activations for several key accounts
– Actively participate in cross-functional key account strategic planning discussions
– Leverage sales and marketing data to produce reports analyzing the success and learnings of campaigns
– Ensure the brand story is told in a consistent and engaging way across all retail touchpoints both digital and in-store
– Coordinate with trade marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistency of in-store product presentation
– Manage large and complex marketing budgets across multiple accounts

Your story

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience preferred but not required to be considered
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail brand, brand marketing or comparable fields preferred
– Confident knowledge of the large retailer wholesale environment, both digital and brick and mortar
– Strong shareout skills to communicate your vision, successes, and challenges to key stakeholders
– Strong people skills, diplomacy and collaborative spirit
– Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed
