Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a qualified Intermediate Systems Administrator (Active Directory) in Fort Huachuca, AZ . The ideal candidate will possess experience in cloud based enterprise solutions to support the Army’s Unified Directory Services (AUDS). The team is responsible for leading the way in cutting edge technology, and the spearhead for the Army’s upcoming unified management platform.

Essential Job Duties

  • Restart/bounce the Azure components/clusters/VMs.

  • Create and manage swap space on deployed cloud system per policies in support of the deployed cloud systems and environments.

  • Assign end-users to systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.

  • Create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable: PowerShell, Java, etc.

  • Power off/ Down the un-used VMs

  • Identify issues at Azure level and resolve.

  • Manage Azure subscriptions and profiles.

  • Create and manage policies that affect global enterprise.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain SECRET w/T5 eligibility

  • HS w/6+ years of related IT experience or AA/AS 4+ or BA/BS 2+ An IAT-II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required

  • Must acquire Microsoft Azure specific certification (ex. AZ-100 or AZ-900)or higher within 90 days of hire

  • Understanding of Cloud Computing services

  • Be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations

  • Candidate must communicate effectively with team members and team lead

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation Certification

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
