Sales Contract Coordinator

This position is responsible for the division administration of weekly sales contracts, including cancellation process.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the Weekly Performance Report (WPR), weekly.

Update sales and closing recap for the week.

On a daily basis send out current flash activity for prior day.

Update JDE with contract information and review/sign DocuSign envelopes.

Create and maintain sales files on buyers

Review for accuracy and process Purchase Agreement packages, including but not limited to, Purchase Agreement, Addendum, Disclosures, Broker Registration and Buyer Questionnaire.

Process cancellation files.

New sold starts â enter in JDE all pertinent details related to contract.

Communicate with NHCs, NAT, and EHM as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Associates degree or equivalent preferred.

2 yearsâ experience in an administrative role.

Homebuilding experience preferred.

Computer literate with the ability to work with JD Edwards, Build Pro and Supply Pro, Excel and Word.

Requires the ability to work minimum of eight hours per day (overtime as needed) while functioning under the stress of problem solving and time sensitive responsibilities.

Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.

Good writing and organization skills.

Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty.

Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
