We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our growing team and assist with a wide range of tasks at our construction sites and other projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at residential and commercial properties.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair and painting work.
• Assist with minor demolition and clean up, installations and construction-related duties.
• Inspect properties to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to ensure timely project completion.
• Work with a team of construction professionals to ensure work is done safely and efficiently.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and construction tasks.
• Ability to handle a variety of tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other handyman-related skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving records.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a construction company.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or after-hours.
This is not required, but bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
