  • Reports to: Marketing & Communications Director
  • Develop marketing campaigns for Providence House events and initiatives in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Director and other members of the External Relations Team.
  • Design dynamic digital and print materials for a variety of audiences in conjunction with the External Relations Directors that follow Providence House brand guidelines, support its mission and help achieve the goals of the project.
  • Content will include social media and website updates, info-graphics, PowerPoint presentations, flyers, one-pagers, e-blasts, fundraising appeals, event invitations, signage, and our Annual Impact Report.
  • Coordinate print production of all Providence House marketing materials including the final design, quantity needed, and budget for each project to ensure timely delivery.
  • through preparing documents, updating PDFs, printing, and stuffing envelopes.
  • Undertake other projects as requested by the Government and Foundation Relations Director or President & CEO.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - experience with Canva is a bonus.
