Production Operator

Duties:
- Operate packaging equipment including filling and stacking 50lb bags for an 8-hour shift - this is a physically demanding position
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with filling equipment and forklift operation a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
