What You'll Do:

-Provide advanced technical support for endpoint devices, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently and effectively.
-Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices, ensuring optimal performance and security. Apply updates, patches, and antivirus software as needed.
-Assist users with technical issues, providing clear, step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting guidance either remotely or on-site.
-Record, track, and document incidents and requests in the IT service management system, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
-Maintain accurate records of all endpoint devices and peripherals, including asset tracking and lifecycle management.
-Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues, implement new technologies, and improve support processes.
-Develop and deliver training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of endpoint devices, software applications, and best practices.
-Ensure all endpoint devices comply with company security policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and implement necessary updates to maintain security standards.
 

What You'll Bring:
