ENT Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity

Froedtert Health is seeking a Part Time ENT Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Froedtert Harbor Town and Sheboygan Clinics in Manitowoc and Sheboygan, WI.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an ENT Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will work closely with specialists to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a multispecialty group setting
• Collaborate with specialists to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with specialists
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, a masters degree in nursing, and current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
• For Physician Assistant: Bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies, current State certification as a PA, and current DEA
