Game Day Operations Team Member Job DescriptionNJ/NY Gotham FC (âGotham FCâ or âthe Clubâ) is a National Womenâs Soccer League (âNWSLâ) team representing New Jersey and New York. The team plays at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ. The Role:Gotham FC is seeking Game Day Operations Team Members that will report to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will have experience working in operations for a professional soccer team, an ability to prioritize multiple tasks, a strong sense of urgency, and team-focused approach to their work. They will have an unbridled passion for womenâs sports and/or soccer, the ability to work non-traditional hours and always maintain a professional demeanor.    Key Responsibilities:·      Assist with the full scope of game day operations including, but not limited to: Red Bull Arena stadium conversion and signage installation, coordination of fan facing activations such as Fan Fest, hospitality set up and operation, set up and support of fan experience packages, etc.  ·      Reporting to Operations Manager, to help ensure that fans at Gotham FC games are afforded the best live sporting event experience possible, striving to achieve operational excellence.  ·      Assist with the execution of additional (non-game day) events before, during and after the National Womenâs Soccer League season, including set-up, breakdown, and coordinating operations during the event as needed.   Qualifications:·      Experience working in sport or event management roles.  ·      Proactive with excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to complete assigned tasks independently.  ·      Possess a strong, get-it-done attitude. Capability & Other Characteristics:·      Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.·      Must be physically able to be on their feet for extended periods of time.   ·      Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.  ·      May be required to work in inclement weather.   ·      Legally authorized to work in the United States.  Location: Based at Gotham FCâs home stadium â Red Bull Arena, which is in Harrison, NJ. Ability to attend all home games and any mandatory events, as necessary. Gotham FC requires its associates to live in its market, that is, within reasonable commuting distance of Gotham FCâs offices, practice facility and Red Bull Arena. ****

Job type:  Part-time Non-Exempt position Salary range:  $20.00 per hour
