Hours Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Wailuku, Maui Pay $20 an hour Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Process and distribute incoming mail.
- Copy, scan, and file important documents.
- Prepare narrative and numerical reports.
- Maintain office equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of office experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Knowledgeable of various cultures.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and state/federal background check.
