Pay Rate: $19.23 - $23 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday

As a Credit and Payment Specialist, you will be responsible for credit investigations and collecting payments on current customer accounts. This full-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze financial and credit information for customers.
  • Set credit lines and conduct credit analysis for various customer types.
  • Provide risk assessments and document findings.
  • Support credit policies and ensure compliance to minimize risk.
  • Contribute to process development and cross-functional improvements.
  • Use CRM to document account changes and reporting.
  • Manage credit limits and a portfolio of up to $30 million in receivables.
  • Meet credit risk and AR targets.
  • Collaborate with customers and management to mitigate risk.
  • Achieve individual and team targets, including DSO goals.
  • Contact customers to ensure timely payments and escalate issues as needed.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, prepare reports, and resolve credit issues.
