DC HBX seeks IT Supervisory Specialist (Security) for Washington, DC office. Duties: Supervise team of Information Security Analysts & contractors resp to design, develop, manage, & implement IT security policies, procedures, & HBX cloud-based platform. Monitor applications, dashboards, queues, & logs; implement & revise security protocols; develop + deploy applications; investigate & fix networking & firewall issues. Must: AWS Certified Security Specialty Certificate earned w/in prior 5 yrs. BS in Computer Networking/Closely Related + 5 yrs progressive exp as Security Engineer/Related OR MS in Comp Net/Related w/3 yrs exp as Sec Eng/Related. Must: 5 yrs exp (w/BS) or 3 yrs exp (w/MS) with: managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud environments; Federal Risk + Authorization Management Program (FEDRAMP); working as IT security analyst resp for finding threats + vulnerabilities in cloud-based environment; responding to cyber security incidents in government sector; plus 3 yrs experience (w/B/S) or 1 yr exp (w/MS) with: implementing Center for Medicare & Medicaid's (CMS's) Minimum Acceptable Risk Standards-for Exchanges (MARS-E) + managing security configurations for applications developed using Ruby-on-Rails. $160,888/year.
