ULTRA Energy in Round Rock, TX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aerospace Sales Representative for our growing Industrial markets. The perfect candidate will be a results-driven individual with a proven track record in technical sales within the Aerospace sector. This role will report to the Aerospace Segment Sales Manager and Head of Industrial Sales. As an integral part of our Sales Team, this role will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in our aerospace business by developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market reach. This role involves negotiating contracts, resolving inquiries, and managing key accounts.
This role will work closely with multiple departments and company leadership to ensure the success and growth of the company while in tandem displaying behaviors in line with ULTRA's ONE Energy values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and sales objectives within the Aerospace sector.

  • Build and maintain high-level customer relationships, preparing and delivering proposals.

  • Develop pricing strategies and conduct cost-benefit analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

  • Forecast sales, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate contracts.

  • Facilitate communication between sales and other departments.

  • Generate quarterly sales reports and initiate product research and development.

  • Deliver sales presentations and represent the company at industry meetings.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and achieve sales targets within timelines.

  • Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize sales efforts, ensuring on-time delivery of orders.

  • Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide regular updates.

  • Provide comprehensive reports on customer needs, concerns, and market trends, as well as industry news and technological advancements.

  • Negotiate annual supply and price agreements.

  • Follow up on quotes and inquiries and maintain CRM records.

  • Develop and execute market development plans and implement marketing strategies.

  • Identify, pursue, and qualify new prospects, generating new business opportunities.

  • Manage key account relationships and increase share of wallet.

  • Maintain CRM engagement, funnel management, and a rolling 12-month sales forecast.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements; therefore candidates must be US Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Product Design in Aerospace or related field preferred

  • Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and managing sales opportunities.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in aerospace sector.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sensors, thermocouples, and switches in aerospace applications.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and account plans.

  • Self-starter, able to quickly prioritize target customers, identify target contacts, get attention, develop relationship and trust, deliver unique and differentiated value propositions, get commitments, close orders.

  • Experience managing multiple Customer Accounts, balancing long-term and short-term priorities.

  • Ability to travel to meet with clients and industry events. (50% - 75% travel )

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships.
