Job Description:

**This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA office**
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: In partnership with the Senior Director - Product, craft and champion the product vision and strategy for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML products, from conception through launch and iteration.
  • Market and User Insights: Leverage deep market research and user data to identify needs and opportunities for AI/ML innovation. Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our products set the standard for excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to create synergies that drive product development and go-to-market strategies. Act as the linchpin that translates complex AI/ML capabilities into tangible business benefits.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, user feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Establish metrics to measure product performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Communicate product vision, progress, and impact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and team members. Foster an environment of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning within the product team.
  • Ethical AI Integration: Embed ethical AI principles into product development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and privacy. Perform impact assessments, collaborate with stakeholders, and advocate for adherence to ethical standards and practices.


Knowledge/Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI/ML product development in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-driven solutions that have significantly impacted business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional ability to synthesize AI/ML technologies into compelling product strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in business management or product leadership are a plus.
  • Direct experience with Generative AI a plus
