The town of Marion is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the full-time, benefitted position of Payroll and Benefits Coordinator in the Finance Department. Reporting to the Treasurer/Collector, the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator performs highly complex, technical and confidential administrative duties in the operations relating to the processing of payroll. This role provides general human resource support and assists with other finance-related tasks. Duties include, but are not limited to, the coordination and administration of the weekly payroll process, maintenance of payroll database and benefits for town and school employees as well as retirees.

Salary range: $30.65-$40.46, DOQ.
