POSITION SUMMARY

This position leads PSSI's Employee Retention Program "ERP" in plants with less than 50 team members. A person in this position is responsible for executing PSSI's ERP policies for trainees and trainers. This team member must know, understand, and be able to communicate the ERP principles to team members in the program, and is responsible for ERP's execution and success in the plant. Due to the nature of this work, you must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

To be qualified to perform an ERP Coordinator job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation:

Guarding the Front Door – Hiring Selectivity:Meet with the local workforce office, cooperate with non-profits, recommend paid advertising, and work with offsite recruitment location to attract applicants.Ensure that all screening requirements are completed and the recruitment/retention tracker is maintained: Show applicants the New Applicant Video, conduct interviews, review work history, define essential job functions and explain the benefits of a career with PSSI.Manage 24-Hour ExperienceConduct initial orientation, complete new hire paperwork and issue the 30-day Challenge.Introduce new hire to trainer, debrief at the end of the first night, and make a 24-hour follow-up call to new hire.Qualification – "EARNING THE WHITE HAT"Ensures that all new hires will be trained consistently through use of the ERP Training cards.Ensures that all team members receive the entire safety training during their first 30 daysSelection and Preparation of TrainersCoordinate with Operations to designate trainers in the plant to new hires.Ensure trainers are designated with lime green hats and utilize the daily training cards.Maintain the New Hire/Trainer Whiteboard.Ensure that Trainer Overlock is taking place through routine audits.Sustaining the CultureSchedule and attend three weekly meetings to ensure the culture of ERP withstands: weekly debrief with Site Management Team and new hires, plus weekly training and debrief with trainersAssist SM with improvements needed to the ERP program identified during ERP AssessmentsConduct exit interviews to both determine the reason for leaving and collect PPE. Initiate the PPE Deduction form to Payroll in a timely manner for team members who do not return company issued equipment to be deducted from final paycheck.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

Vigilar la puerta delantera- Selección de contratación:Reunirse con la oficina de la fuerza de trabajo local, cooperar con entidades sin ánimo de lucro, recomendar publicidad paga y trabajar con reclutamiento externo para atraer personas interesadas en aplicar.Asegurarse que todos los requisitos de exámenes están completos y que se está manteniendo el registro de reclutamiento/retención. Mostrar a las personas que aplican el video de nuevos interesados, conducir entrevistas, revisar historial de trabajo, definir funciones esenciales de un trabajo y explicar los beneficios de una carrera con PSSI.Manejar la experiencia de 24 horasConducir la orientación inicial, completar los documentos de los nuevos contratados y presentar el reto de los 30 días.Introducir al nuevo contratado con el entrenador, interrogar al final de la primera noche y hacer una llamada de seguimiento después de 24 horas al nuevo contratado.Cualificaciones- "GANARSE EL CASCO BLANCO"Asegurarse que todos los nuevos contratados sean entrenados consistentemente en el uso de tarjetas de entrenamiento de ERP.Asegurarse que todos los miembros del equipo reciban el entrenamiento de seguridad durante sus primeros 30 días.Selección y preparación de los entrenadoresCoordinar con operaciones para designar los entrenadores en la planta para los nuevos contratados.Asegurarse que los entrenadores están identificados con un casco verde limón y que utilizan las tarjetas de entrenamiento diarias.Mantener la pizarra de nuevo contratado/ entrenador.Asegurarse que el entrenador overlock está tomando lugar a través de auditorías rutinarias.Nutriendo la culturaProgramar y asistir a tres reuniones semanales para asegurarse que la cultura de ERP sobresale: reunión semanal con el Gerente de Sitio y los nuevos contratados, más entrenamiento semanal y reunión con los entrenadores.Conducir entrevistas para determinar la razón de irse de la compañía y recolectar el PPE. Iniciar la forma de deducción de PPE de nómina a tiempo para los miembros del equipo que no regresaron el equipo emitido por la compañía para que sea deducido de su pago final.

Cumplir con las metas trimestrales de retención de la planta.Desempeño satisfactorio bajo la evaluación de progreso de ERP conducida por el equipo de Recursos Humanos de campo de PSSI.
