Position Summary: The Contracting Analyst is responsible for assisting the Contract Management Team with operational reporting, document management and various initiatives. This position is responsible for providing data, clerical, and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner. Individuals will have effective multi-tasking abilities with a positive and helpful disposition. In addition, this individual will need to be flexible, but maintain a good sense of priorities as they provide support. This position will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our customers, management, and field operations teams. Contracting Analyst is expected to develop industry skills and to have the ability to work independently. This individual will be working with sensitive company information that must be kept confidential.

Essential Functions:

Under minimal supervision, the Contract Analyst will provide:

  • Provide data entry; manage internal spreadsheets/databases for reporting purposes.
  • Create, update, maintain and communicate various reporting and tracking metrics.
  • Create, update, and maintain RFP/RFQ/RFI deliverables archives for site specific projects and master service agreements.
  • Perform quality control responsibilities and document management of RFP/RFQ/RFI submittals and contracts.
  • Assistance with RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for site specific projects and master service agreements
  • Effectively communicate verbal and written communication to internal and external parties.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma and minimum of 1-3 years of related construction industry work experience; Two-year degree preferred.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and software applications with MS office application proficiency 
  • Demonstrated skills in written communications; ability to compose basic, as well as complex documents.
  • Demonstrated skills in oral communications.
  • High energy level with the ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships while effectively navigating organizational barriers.
  • High commitment to achieving goals and plans.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to assist with multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
