Starting Rate of Pay: $20.16 per hour plus shift differential, call time, meal allowance, and paid lunches. After that, the employee is paid for the position the employee is working which ranges from $26.50 per hour to $38.35 per hour plus shift differential

Primary Responsibilities- Assist in all aspects of the production process, including setting up and operating machinery, assembling components, and performing quality checks.
- Receive, organize, and store raw materials and supplies. Ensure proper inventory control and accurate recordkeeping. Retrieve and transport materials to workstations as needed, ensuring timely availability for production tasks.
- Clean and maintain production equipment and tools to ensure their optimal performance. Assist in basic troubleshooting and minor repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Inspect finished products for defects and deviations from quality standards. Follow quality control procedures to ensure only the highest quality products are delivered to customers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Contribute to the implementation of safety improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports. Record production data, including quantities, dates, and times, in a timely and organized manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to ensure smooth workflow and address any production-related issues promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a production setting.
